Shipping Policy

  • caters to India. 
  • We accept  Debit Card, Credit Card and Store Credit as a method of Payment.
  • Shipments will be delivered within 2-3 days to India.
  • Once AWB (Air Way Bill Number used to track your shipments) is generated by the shipping department, customers will be intimated by registered email and mobile number.
  • Free Shipping For All Orders
  • For delivery orders to an out of service area, merchandise will be delivered to the nearest Fetchr office
  • As per the delivery schedule and terms specified by Fetchr. Additional charges may apply.
  • The following areas are defined by Fetchr as out of service areas

In the event an item is unavailable you will be notified by phone and/or email and the unavailable item will be automatically refunded to your account.  The remainder of the order will be billed and shipped.  Unavailable items will not be placed on back order.

Returns & Replacements

All discounted orders are final sale

Merchandise returns for damages, refund or exchange must be made within 15 days of date of delivery.  All sales after the 15 day period are FINAL. Unless merchandise is received defective, a 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returned open products.

We ask that you contact our Customer Service Department at  +919003465134  or  before returning the merchandise.  Please have your order number available so that we may issue you a Return Authorization to ensure that your account is properly refund  or your exchange request is issued.

Shipping cost for any returns and exchange will not be reimbursed.  If there was a shipping error or product damage we will provide a return shipping label. We will not exchange items that have been opened or used. 

After you have received the Return Authorization, please repack the return item(s) in the original packaging and enclose a copy of your Invoice. It is suggested that you request a delivery confirmation receipt whenever you return an item.



We have the right to reject and cancel an order without notice. Any order that is highlighted on our fraudulent verification system will be canceled automatically without notice. 

There are absolutely no exchanges or returns for international orders or discounted orders. 

If you require any additional information or have any questions in regards to shipping internationally, please contact us and we will answer any questions or concerns you may have. 

PLEASE NOTE: It is up to you to determine whether your country allows the product you are purchasing. Packages that are returned due to customs inability to accept the package into the country shipping charges and 10% handling fee  will not be refunded. If the package is not returned, the entire order will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to assure that the destination country is able to accept the products that you are purchasing.
