Return Eligibility

  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Return Authorization Required

  • All returns must be approved first.

  • Please contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) before sending any item back.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Personal care, skincare, haircare, or cosmetic items once opened

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Restocking Fee

  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied to opened products, unless the item was received defective.

Shipping Costs

  • Return and exchange shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by a shipping error or product defect.

Return Instructions

  • Once your return is approved, please:

    • Repack the item securely in its original packaging

    • Include a copy of your invoice inside the package

    • Use a trackable shipping method (recommended)

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Final Sale Items

  • All discounted or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
