Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, an AWB (Air Waybill) tracking number will be generated.

• Tracking details will be shared via your registered email address and mobile number.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders within India.

Out-of-Service Areas

• If your delivery address falls under a courier-defined out-of-service area, your order may be delivered to the nearest courier service office.

• Delivery will follow the courier partner’s schedule and terms.

• Additional charges may apply, depending on the courier’s policy.

Unavailable Items

• If any item in your order becomes unavailable after purchase:

  • You will be notified via phone or email

  • The unavailable item will be automatically refunded

  • The remaining items will be shipped as usual

• Unavailable items are not placed on backorder.
